My name is Jim Sumsion.  Jim’s Jar-Top Fermentor is the result of several years’ experimenting and problem-solving with small-batch fermenting.  I love working with people, and am always happy when I can help them work through the uncertainties of getting started and learning about fermenting vegetables.  If you have a question for me, I’d be happy to hear from you
